We’ll tailor every service package to your specific machine, delivering a cost effective and unique maintenance solution every time.

With KOLBUS 360 Assist™, we take support to the next level. Our engineers can remotely access critical machine data to produce detailed diagnostics, offer real-time troubleshooting, perform software updates or reinstalls, and, when needed, mobilise for rapid on-site repairs.

All KOLBUS Machines and AutoBOX before them are built to last, and we constantly hold stock of a wide array of spares at our centrally located UK headquarters. From motors and drives, to ball screws and all manner of bearing and transmission components, we’re your first option for approved parts for the BX Motion and AutoBOX AB.

With many earlier machines still operating very efficiently, we also supply spares for 2nd Generation units including the multiNOVA and proGLUER.

Our on-site training ensures your operators know exactly how to extract maximum efficiency from your boxmaker from day one. Prefer to train off-site? We’ve got a fully operational BX Motion at our German HQ, perfect for hands-on sessions before installation or refresher training that won’t disrupt your production schedule.
