ALPHA 681 De-palletiser
Developed to automatically de-palletise pallets of softcover books, hardcover books, sewn book blocks or folding cartons. The Alpha681 robotic arm tool picks up one row of pile at a time from the pallet. Once the row of products has been picked up, the tool can place the books on a roller conveyor and feed the production line, row after row. It empties the pallet one layer at a time with the air cushioning system guaranteeing the utmost care when handling the products.

Omega palletiser arms
The Omega range of robotic tools are for the palletising of blocks of sewn books, softcover books or hardcover books at the end of line, and also boxes and folding cartons.
Using the principle of row operation, robotic arms palletise products in a compact and stable manner, carefully moving the product being handled.
The OMEGA693 can also be supplied in cobotic form which does not require any protective nets and is therefore ideal for being moved from one production line to another. OMEGA693 allows to customise palletising pattern thanks to the possibility of changing orientation with each pile.
